Paper Prints Policy
The Journal for Social Science Studies (JSSS) is committed to providing high-quality, accessible research to a broad academic audience. To ensure the integrity and longevity of our publications, we have established the following policy regarding paper prints and digital archiving of articles published in the JSSS.
1. Paper Prints for Authors:
- Authors of accepted articles are entitled to receive a complimentary PDF copy of their article.
- Authors may purchase additional paper prints of their article at a nominal fee. Orders can be placed through the JSSS website or by contacting the editorial office.
- The JSSS will retain a limited stock of paper prints for each issue, which may be purchased by individuals and libraries while supplies last.
2. Digital Archiving:
- All published articles in the JSSS are archived electronically in a secure repository and made accessible through the journal's website.
- Authors are encouraged to deposit their articles in institutional repositories or other open access platforms to further increase accessibility and readership.
- The JSSS grants authors non-exclusive copyright to their articles, allowing them to share and reuse their work with proper attribution to the journal.
3. Copyright and Permissions:
- Authors retain copyright of their articles, but they grant the JSSS the exclusive right to publish the article in the journal and in any related formats (e.g., online databases, print anthologies).
- Authors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for the use of copyrighted materials in their articles.
- Requests for permission to reuse or republish articles from the JSSS should be directed to the editorial office.
4. Disclaimer:
- The JSSS is not responsible for the loss or damage of any paper prints ordered by authors or purchased from the journal.
- The JSSS reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the journal's website.
